Everybody should have access to the cleanest air, that’s what we want to help provide. Our analysis and reporting services go all of the way to providing building/facility managers with real time information on the true quality of the air being ventilated into buildings and how to react effectively to improve the air quality or steps to put in place to help maintain the air quality.
Overclean Scotland use the DIFCO Microbioligical test, the Vacuum test and the Wet Film Thickness test methods. These are the methods we feel give the most reliable results with regards to indoor air quality monitoring and comply with the B&ES TR19 and BS EN 15780 standards. Once our air hygiene technician has performed the tests we then send the tests to an independent UKAS approved laboratory for analysis. Using an independent laboratory ensures that the results are true and unbiased for our clients. All of our testing is fully traceable.
The Project Manager will then work closely with the client to ensure that the programme reflects the facility’s specific ventilation needs. This is all carried out in accordance to the BSEN 15780 and B&ES TR19 guidelines. Facilities Managers working with SFG20 with the ventilation module as part of the library will also be meeting those requirements.
